ETC take pride in being able to create services based on the clients needs.
Here are a few key pointers to remember:
* We are SETA listed.
* Each company may choose components of our interventions to suit their particular needs - with
the understanding that ad hoc programmes will not be as effective as targeted comprehensive programmes.
* ETC undertakes to provide whatever service the client requires.
* Design time will be charged for origination of client specific material if one of the generic programmes
does not meet your specific need.
* Transport (flights and car hire) and accommodation is to be booked and paid for by the client prior to
the commencement of services.
* Travel by road outside of the Durban or JHB metropolitan areas will be charged for at the current AA rate.
* Audio-visual requirements - Overhead projector, screen or white wall, flip chart board & paper. Power point
presentations are carried out on request - client to supply data projector.
* Venue set up - specified for each course - please enquire of the facilitator of the particular course or service.
